The staff was active. The location was absolutely perfect close to the train station. Everything was very comfortable. The room had all the lamps and a tub as advertised. The breakfast was satisfactory and featured a lot of meal options. The hotel was centrally located with great prices.

Fairly clean hotel with fantastic staff and stunning location just off all the Christmas Markets as well as also the Altstadt. Impressed with the nice breakfast. Public parking nearby provided. Not to mention good wifi!

Good location, well priced.

I have stayed here before and found the breakfast buffet quite good. Not this time though, Staff appeared brusque and unhelpful, buffet sparse - service so poor on second day that it was quicker to go out to a local cafe for breakfast

I did like very much the location. 5 minutes walk from the station, right in the middle of the old town, the Wallraff museum is just across the road, the cathedral and the ludwig museum are 2 minutes walk, it is ideal for a week-end break

The design is very "unpersonnal ", the white bedshits and the lack of decoration give an hospital feelings to the bedroom. The bedroom size was OK but the bathroom was very small with no bath.
